The recently opened Spencer Holt-designed Cardinal Club Golf Course gives the U of L golf teams one of the nation's finest facilities. The 20-acre practice facility set aside just for Cardinal golfers features three chipping greens, two practice putting greens and a two-tiered driving range.
The Cardinal Club's amenities reflect the standards one would come to expect in a world-class private club. The 18-hole layout is situated on 212-acres of carefully manicured Bent grass from tee-to-green. Furthermore, the naturally rolling terrain, with its heathery grasses and native bluegrass rough throuhout, offers both a picturesque and challenging round of golf that is unrivaled in the state.
The Cardinal Club also offers every amenity associated with the world's most prestigous private clubs. The 12,000-square-foot clubhouse features picturesque views of the golf course, ample natural light and stately interiors.
